Responsibilities:
- Building Data Science Models (for example financial risk , Fraud, Customer acquisition etc) and Optimization solutions for various business value levers of the Financial Services Industry.
- Guide new Consultants in the leading the projects as needed
- Work with financial institutions and execute proof of concept and conduct client workshops.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 5-8 yrs of total experience in IT Consulting
- Execution of the Financial Services sector strategy plus participation in the strategy creation for the sector
- Demonstrate domain expertise in FSS sector
- Ability to establish proven business relationships with clients in FSS Industry
- Become a trusted business advisor to clients’ senior management
- Proven communicator and has the ability to simplify and explain Data Science concepts and inferences to a wide variety of audience – Business, Technical and Executives.
- Proven mastery in advanced mathematics/statistical inference/machine learning methods, theories, and tools to analyze enterprise data.
- Hands on experience with building statistical inference models on ML platforms such as SPSS/ SAS/ Python/R
- In-depth understanding of Banking Products and performance measures.
